Meet Your Instructors

Hi, my name is Tadei Semaniv. I’m originally from Ukraine, and currently living and working in Canada. Beekeeping has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old, when I began working alongside my father on our large family apiary in Ukraine — a farm with over 300 beehives. Even as a child, I traveled over 700 km with my father to care for our bees. I knew, even then, that this wasn’t just a hobby — it was a lifelong passion. Sadly, due to the war in Ukraine, we had to leave our home and start a new life. But we brought our beekeeping knowledge and love for bees with us to Canada. This course was created by me and my father, who has over 25 years of hands-on beekeeping experience. Together, we’ve poured all of our knowledge into this program to help beginners start strong and avoid costly mistakes. Today, I’m continuing our family tradition and sharing everything we know. My mission is to help you experience the joy, independence, and success of beekeeping — with full support, practical tools, and even real bees to get started.i, I'm Tadei Semaniv , your guide to the world of beekeeping.
